our Mother's Day and season opening weekend. Activities will be posted based
on weather conditions. |

Our first long weekend of the season!! Victoria Day weekend - Come and join us as we head out to our local Grand
Prix go-carting track for some friendly competition. |

- Another quiet weekend to sit around the campfire. Activities may be posted
depending on weather conditions |

A beeker ball tournament is planned for this weekend so
if you've never heard of it come on out and try your hand at Maplewood's
favourite sport. |

June 10 -
12 - FORE!!!
Our 8th Maplewood Acres golf tournament
will be held on Saturday, June 11th. A Vegas (best ball) format will allow
everyone from the novice to the seasoned duffer to have a great time. Cost
for golfers is $TBD including green fees, electric
cart, a beer at the course clubhouse and dinner back at the campground. For those just
wanting to take part in the dinner you are welcome to
join us ($). GOLFERS!!!! WE

Father's Day Weekend. This weekend
is dedicated to our
dads. A dart tournament and late night bingo will top off the weekend. |

June 23 - 26 - It's
School's out weekend!!! and a long weekend
for our Quebec neighbours There will be
lots of activities to celebrate
the end of another school year so come on out and join the party.
On Friday afternoon
we'll be having a candy bar bingo followed by a movie in the evening. On Saturday night,
back by popular demand, we'll be hosting a band evening and will also
combine it with a hotdog and hamburger fundraiser.

June 30 - July 3 -
It's
our CanAm weekend!!! It's
both Canada's and the USA's birthdays this weekend so we'll be
celebrating with everyone who will be having a birthday in 2011. There will
be lots of birthday activities and of course a birthday cake. Get ready to
decorate your bikes, strollers and any other thing that you would like to
showcase in our Canada Day parade on Saturday afternoon. We'll
surely be topping of our parade with another of our
surprise watergun fights so you best be ready and bring your watergun.

8 - 10 - Games
and game show weekend! Back by popular demand... On Saturday night come and join us
in the Rec Hall to play some
of your favorite TV game show's like family feud , and wheel of fortune.
A cribbage tournament and other gaming activities are also planned for this
weekend. |

Come and join us for a weekend of magic and comedy. Saturday night, back by
popular demand, we
feature The Grand Stan with Stan Tesher. An evening of comedy, magic and fun
for all ages. |

July 22 - 24 - Ho Ho Ho is that
Santa?? You guessed it, old Saint Nick will be making a pit
stop at Maplewood Acres again this year during his summer vacation. A
candy cane hunt,
caroling hayride, and site decorating are all part of our plans for our
Christmas in July weekend. PARENTS.....Don't forget to bring along a gift
for your little ones as Santa's workshop is closed for the summer. |

July 29 - 31 -
It's our Mexican Fiesta and pool/beach party weekend!!! Let's bring on the summer
fun with our Maplewood Acres beachless party. Many poolside activities and a
volleyball tournament are in store throughout the day. A
Mexican Fiesta, potluck supper (Mexican of course) and chili cook-off
is in store for
Saturday night and as usual
our regular activities of Bingo and a hayride will be on tap. |

August Musical!!! Come on out and join us on
Saturday night for an evening of Karaoke. |

Yeeha! It's our western weekend.
Be sure to join us for what promises to be a fun filled weekend. Saturday
night will be highlighted by a return visit from our favorite country band "SOUTHWIND"
and our ever popular mechoui dinner ($). A horseshoe tournament and possibly a stage coach
attack (this means don't forget your water guns) where the good guys will
surely take care of the bad guys.
We'll be organizing a visit to one of
our local paintball establishments on Sunday ($), so don't forget to sign
up early as we will need to reserve at least 2 weeks in advance |

Come and join us on Saturday night for a 50s & 60s sock
hop.
Bobby socks, Brylcreem slicked back hair and whatever
else you feel is the 50s and 60s fashion statement you want to make is what
you should wear to the hop. We'll also be having a Hot Dog and Corn Roast fundraiser on Saturday
before the dance. |

Aug 26 - 28 -
A lazy weekend around the campground (for some of us)
as we start to get ready for our Halloween Fest weekend. Saturday
afternoon bingo will be in store. |

Sept 2 - 5
- Labour Day Weekend, the last long weekend of the summer. Ghosts,
goblins and ghouls abound during our Halloween Fest weekend. "Trick or
treating" and haunted house adventures, for those who dare, will prove to
chill your bones. Please bring your decorations for the site decorating
extravaganza and don't forget to dress up for the best costume contest and
parade. Fireworks by the pyrotechnical team of Billy, Yves and Wayne will
also be on the agenda for the weekend. |
